What this site keeps about you
Only this: your email address and name (as typed when you were invited), when you were invited and last signed in, your household size and country (from the welcome questions), and which steps and kit items you ticked.
Who sees it: your ticks are yours. The person who runs the guide sees who is invited and when each person last signed in, not your ticks.
No tracking: no analytics, no advertising cookies. One cookie keeps you signed in for 30 days.
Saved on your phone: the guide and the kit list are saved on your phone so they open in a blackout. That copy is the same for everyone and holds nothing about you. If your access ends, what is already saved or printed stays with you.
Delete: you can delete your account and all your ticks at any time from My account. When you are removed, the same data is deleted at once; when an invitation ends and is not renewed, it is deleted 30 days later.
Where it is stored: a database in the EU (Neon, Frankfurt). The site runs on Vercel and the sign-in emails are sent by Resend from Ireland; both are US companies, so your email address can reach the United States.
Who runs it: Luigi, a private person who shares this guide with family and friends. It is not a business. For any question about your data, or to ask for a copy of it, write to hello@staysafeguide.org.
